Ethics Code of Conduct

[CJ Logistics Ethics Code of Conduct _ Employee-related Contents]

  • CJ Logistics employee shall not provide monetary value, solicit favors, or offer bribes to other employees for the purpose of individual benefit in promotion, evaluation of merits, position change, etc.
  • CJ Logistics employee shall not embezzle, misappropriate or steal company expenses.
  • CJ Logistics employee shall not acquire or use company’s registered property and equipment or customer’s property stored at the distribution center or home-delivery service terminal without the authorization of the company.
  • CJ Logistics employee shall not slander each other or act against etiquette and shall not create factions by school relations, regionalism, and kinship.
  • CJ Logistics employee shall not engage in monetary transaction with each other and shall not participate in financial-related guarantees for secured loans.
  • CJ Logistics employee shall not engage in sexual harassment such as speaking words that induce sexual humiliation, physical act, visual act, enforcement of fixed gender role, demanding of sexual service, etc.
  • CJ Logistics employee shall fully report any significant matters to superiors in advance before taking action and shall not reduce, conceal, or falsify the facts.

  • CJ Logistics employee shall not accept monetary goods, gift certificates, gifts, services, etc. provided by the suppliers, agencies, or stakeholders related to the business in any case.
  • CJ Logistics employee shall not engage in monetary transactions with suppliers, agencies, or stakeholders related to the business.
  • CJ Logistics employee shall not allow suppliers, agencies, or stakeholders related to the business to settle or pay credit card dues, deferred dues, or loans on behalf of the employee.
  • CJ Logistics employee shall not receive any type of guarantees such as personal guarantee or fixed collateral from the suppliers, agencies, or stakeholders related to the business.
  • CJ Logistics employee shall not demand unjust economic benefit or engage in unjust billing invoice, unjust management interference, and take retaliatory measures related to subcontractor transactions.
  • CJ Logistics employee shall not receive any type of hospitality, business entertainment, or accommodations from the suppliers, agencies, or stakeholders related to the business and shall respectfully decline such offers.
  • CJ Logistics employee shall consult or report in advance when being provided accommodation, transportation, etc. from the suppliers, agencies, or stakeholders related to the business due to certain constraints.
  • CJ Logistics employee shall not change to or receive from the suppliers, agencies, or stakeholders related to the business to cover for corporate event expenses.
  • CJ Logistics employee shall not receive any benefits or make announcements regarding congratulatory and condolence events to the suppliers, agencies, or stakeholders related to the business.
  • CJ Logistics employee shall grant equal opportunities, set objective criteria, and be fair in the management and evaluation of suppliers in relation to tenders or when selecting suppliers.
  • CJ Logistics employee shall act kindly and courteously when contacting suppliers, agencies, or stakeholders related to the business.
