CJ Logistics, an innovative tech company, will use an artificial intelligence system to improve both the safe operation and efficiency of its logistics centers.

CJ Logistics announced on the 28th, of April that its U.S. subsidiary, CJ Logistics America, is collaborating with AI-powered solution provider OneTrack AI to introduce AI computer vision technology to its logistics centers.

The company equips its warehouse forklifts with camera sensors to automatically collect and analyze all movements in the field.

The OneTrack AI is a system where forklifts operating in the company’s warehouses are equipped with computer vision camera sensors to automatically collect and analyze all movements in the field. The system enables the operator to comprehensively monitors the location of its forklifts as well as their status and utilization in real time.

The AI collects and analyzes various field data, such as which zone forklifts visited the most and which forklifts made sharp turns or accelerated rapidly, and provides optimal solutions to warehouse managers.

Warehouse managers can utilize the solutions provided by the OneTrack AI system to improve work productivity and prevent accidents caused by carelessness from occurring.

The system has so far been rolled out to 35% of all its warehouses across the U.S. The company aims to introduce the system to all its distribution centers by the end of this year.

CJ Logistics America has been working with OneTrack AI since 2019 and is currently accelerating its adoption of the system. The company has so far deployed the OneTrack AI system in 35% of its distribution centers across the U.S., with a goal of reaching 100% adoption by the end of this year.
