Logistics Evolution Powered by Technology, Participation in KOREA MAT 2026At KOREA MAT 2026, CJ Logistics introduced a range of technologies and solutions under the core theme of Smart Logistics. The exhibition booth was designed around logistics automation technologies and digital operation systems, divided into four distinct zones. Each zone featured immersive, experience-based content that showcased real-world innovation cases, enhancing visitors’ understanding of how these technologies are applied in practice.
 

In particular, the AI Core Zone featured Lit.AI, CJ Logistics’ generative AI platform trained on extensive logistics data and operational expertise. Visitors were able to explore center layout design, receive expert consultation on logistics operations, and review network operation status in real time. This demonstrated the potential of an in-house generative platform to significantly accelerate decision-making and improve productivity. Beyond a simple technology showcase, the exhibition effectively conveyed practical logistics center operations and measurable efficiency improvements.
 

In the Humanoid Zone, visitors were able to experience Korea’s first AI humanoid robot in the logistics industry to undergo real-world field validation, demonstrating tasks from product picking to inserting cushioning materials into boxes, showcasing the potential of robot-based logistics centers capable of human-like decision-making and movement, and presenting a forward-looking vision of the future logistics environment.

In the Consulting Zone, on-site CJ Logistics experts engaged directly with customers to diagnose operational challenges and provide tailored solutions, developing inventory management strategies by product type, optimizing transport routes, and introducing eco-friendly packaging to support tangible improvements in operational efficiency. In the Experience Zone, an interactive visitor program was operated through a stopwatch button event celebrating CJ Logistics’ 96th anniversary, adding enjoyment through experience-driven content.

Efficiency Powered by Automation and Data, Smart Logistics SolutionsAt this exhibition, CJ Logistics showcased differentiated competitiveness centered on logistics automation technologies and data-driven operational systems. Alongside automated equipment designed to maximize efficiency within logistics centers, we implemented systems capable of analyzing operational data in real time to derive optimal workflows. In particular, the integration of automation equipment, logistics robots, and data-driven operations into a unified logistics process stood out.

These technologies increase processing speed, reduce dependence on manual labor, and strengthen operational stability. Furthermore, by leveraging AI and big data for demand forecasting, volume distribution, and workflow optimization, we have established a foundation capable of responding flexibly to a rapidly changing logistics environment. This reflects a shift beyond simple automation toward the advancement of intelligent logistics.
