The Quest for Quality Award, a reputable award with 39-year history, is awarded by Logistics Management to companies with exemplary customer satisfaction and performance excellence in the transportation and logistics industries.
CJ Logistics America earned the highest score, coming first among a total of nine companies that were selected for the Intermodal Marketing Companies category. The Intermodal Marketing Companies category recognizes companies that arrange and provide various transportation services, such as truck and railroad transportation, that are necessary when shippers move cargo.
Five key factors were considered for the selection process, including: 1) on-time performance, 2) value, 3) information technology, 4) customer service and 5) equipment and operations. CJ Logistics America earned a total of 63.12 points, far above the average overall score of 42.02 points, earning high marks across all categories.
